CXceed Audit – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the CXceed Audit (“Audit”) provided by CXceed LLC (“CXceed, we, our”), a Florida limited-liability company. By clicking “Pay Now,” submitting payment, or otherwise engaging our Audit, the customer (“Client, you, your”) accepts these Terms in full.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 What’s included. CXceed will perform a one-time customer-experience audit of the Client’s public-facing touchpoints (e.g., website, online listings, Google Reviews, publicly available phone or email interactions) and deliver:

• CXceed Scorecard (numeric scores & written commentary)

• CX Analysis summary (strengths, gaps, quick wins)

• Competitor Snapshot (baseline comparison)

1.2 What’s not included. The Audit does not include implementation of recommendations, legal or financial advice, live consulting, ongoing support, or follow-up calls.
