CXceed Audit – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the CXceed Audit (“Audit”) provided by CXceed LLC (“CXceed, we, our”), a Florida limited-liability company. By clicking “Pay Now,” submitting payment, or otherwise engaging our Audit, the customer (“Client, you, your”) accepts these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 What’s included. CXceed will perform a one-time customer-experience audit of the Client’s public-facing touchpoints (e.g., website, online listings, Google Reviews, publicly available phone or email interactions) and deliver:

• CXceed Scorecard (numeric scores & written commentary)

• CX Analysis summary (strengths, gaps, quick wins)

• Competitor Snapshot (baseline comparison)

1.2 What’s not included. The Audit does not include implementation of recommendations, legal or financial advice, live consulting, ongoing support, or follow-up calls.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and any access credentials expressly requested by CXceed.
• Ensure a single point-of-contact for questions during the Audit window.
• Use the Deliverables only for internal purposes in accordance with Section 7 (Intellectual Property).

3. Fees & Payment

• Price. Unless otherwise advertised in writing, the Audit fee is USD $249 (promotional price $149/$169/$199 where applicable) plus any required Florida sales tax.
• Payment. Fees are due in full at checkout via our designated payment processor. Work begins only after payment clears.
